The belt is prefabricated according to your exact size, with joint positions reserved in advance.
No additional cutting is required after delivery. You can directly install the prepared belt and complete bonding with glue.
4. Accurate Length with Effective Size Guaranteed
Because of the special jointing structure used for ski machine turf and belts, the supplied length will be slightly longer than the nominal required size.
The effective usable area, however, will fully meet your requested dimensions.
This extra supplied length is a technical allowance for jointing and does not reduce the effective working area of the system.
5. Glue Estimation & Spare Option
The glue quantity is calculated based on the real bonding area in the configured system.
If you need extra adhesive as a backup supply, let us know in advance so we can include additional glue in the shipment.
